By accessing or using rentmymachine.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About the Platform

Rent My Machine is a construction equipment rental marketplace that connects equipment owners ("Vendors") with businesses and individuals who need to rent equipment ("Renters"). We facilitate the connection and rental process but are not a party to the rental contract between Vendors and Renters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. For Renters

All quote requests and enquiries are non-binding until confirmed in writing by our team.
Rental rates quoted are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed on the callback call and in the rental agreement.
Equipment is provided with a trained operator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Renters are responsible for ensuring safe and legal site conditions for equipment operation.
Fuel costs are charged separately at actuals unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
You must not use rented equipment for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates safety regulations.
Damage caused by renter negligence or misuse will be charged to the renter.
No charges apply for mechanical breakdowns outside the renter's control, as per our zero-breakdown-billing policy.

4. For Vendors

Listing on the Platform is free. We charge a commission only when your equipment is successfully rented.
You must ensure your equipment is roadworthy, legally compliant, and in safe working condition.
All operators provided must hold valid certifications and have the experience stated on your listing.
You must honour confirmed bookings. Cancellations after confirmation may result in suspension from the Platform.
You must maintain valid insurance for your equipment and operators.
Payouts are processed as per the agreed commission structure and payment schedule.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once our team calls you back and both parties agree on terms. Cancellation policies are agreed upon per booking. In general:

Cancellations more than 48 hours before mobilisation: no charge.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 25% of the first day's rate may apply.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: up to one full day's rate may apply.

6. Payments

Payment terms are agreed between the Renter and Vendor, facilitated by Rent My Machine. We do not process payments directly on the Platform at this stage. Invoices are issued by the Vendor or Rent My Machine as agreed.

7. Liability Limitations

Rent My Machine acts as an intermediary marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for equipment performance, operator conduct, or site conditions.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the commission earned on the relevant transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Rent My Machine or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on the Platform.
Attempt to bypass our commission structure by transacting directly after an initial Platform introduction.
Use the Platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or behaves in a manner harmful to other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berhampur, Odisha.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
